We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Rob Williams is leading a breathing and cold plunge/infrared sauna workshop at Railyard Fitness. Dr. Rob Williams travels the world teaching and it is a privilege to have him here in Santa Fe. If you are curious about breathing techniques or want to improve on the work you have already started, do not miss this unique opportunity.


Dr. Rob Williams is director of the Nordic Flow Academy, a member of the Nordic Wave cold plunge marketing team, and trained in a variety of breath training modalities, including the Wim Hof Method (LVL 2), Oxygen Advantage breathwork for sport and performance, and the Buteyko Method. He offers breath and cold plunge training workshops around the world.

Amy Herrera is a lifetime health advocate and owns and runs two successful businesses in town, BodyO3, which offers Hocatt Therapy and the BioCharger NG, and Body Flow Santa Fe, which offers Colonics as well as Ozone Sauna treatments.

For this Workshop, Amy will be bringing the BioCharger NG to Railyard Fitness for an intimate gathering of 6 people to soak up energy, stimulate the body's natural healing process, boost wellness, stimulate your cells and let your body rejuvenate.

For 30min with a group of peers, you will relax as you soak up the health and vitality as the 4 different energies stimulate your body's healing response. There will be no phone use during this time.

After the BioCharger NG cycle has ended, the interactive cooking class begins! Amy and her husband Damian are the masterminds behind the Power Balls we sell at Railyard Fitness, and she has created two new balls to make and share with you!
