Stretching is important and often overlooked which is why DOUGLASS stretches YOU. Being stretched by a certified trainer improves your sport performance, joint pain, motion and flexibility and reduces muscle pain. Stretching is something we all know we need to do but is often put on a to-do-list that gets dismissed by the end of the day. At Railyard Fitness Douglass ensures that your stretch is part of every workout.
