At Railyard Fitness we offer a beautiful 6000sq feet with keypad entry from 6am-8pm daily. No crowds, high ceilings, natural light and open air are all elements that create a boutique workout experience.

VITALITY MEMBERSHIP

The Vitality Lab is a communal health and wellness space with Unlimited Access to our Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge (Contrast Therapy). The Vitality Lab has two, 4 person, communal Infrared Saunas (with Red Light Therapy) and a beginner Cold Plunge set at 48. The Lab is equipped with a Theragun to help loosen and massage muscles, no matter what protocol or recovery you are working on.

This second tier membership includes all of the Healthy Membership Benefits + Unlimited Access to the Vitality Lab.

You do not have to have a personal trainer to join the gym. If you need that extra push or guidance setting up a workout program, we have the best trainers in Santa Fe to get you where you want to be. Learn more about our TRAINERS.



How to use the vitality lab

After your IR Sauna session, (30min is recommended) towel off and then dispose of the towel in one of the used towel bins.

Step 1:
Get into the cold plunge slowly and safely like you would a cold pool.

Step 2:
Get comfortable and stay submerged up to your neckline. Breathe. Relax.

*Try Box breathing  - in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds

Step 3:
When you're ready to end your session, dunk your head again. Control your breath and exit the tub safely.

*We recommend a 3-6 minute plunge session

When we were deciding what equipment to use at Railyard Fitness, we started with a question. What goal does a member or client have and what exercise will produce the greatest results? While seated equipment is easy to use the exercise does not necessarily have the greatest results. In everyday movement we rarely isolate just one muscle, (like a seated exercise), our whole body is engaged when picking up that grocery bag or pushing the grandchild on the swing. That is why when you first visit Railyard Fitness you won’t see a typical gym with rows and rows of equipment packed in like sardines with tons of seated equipment. Railyard Fitness is full of resistance bands, balance balls, free weights, TRX bands, boxing bags, and the list goes on. Of course we have cardio equipment, (we carry Matrix) and the essential seated machines, but ultimately our equipment comes in small sizes, think resistance training and equipment focused on functional movement.

We offer a complimentary equipment review and instruction. We are always available to help you figure out an exercise that will help you with your fitness. Just ask!
