Jennifer loves to fuse all of her fitness passions into a training session that works the entire body. Her trainings feature elements of HIIT, Pilates, resistance, strength training and Yoga for a full body workout. When you work with Jennifer she focuses on increasing cardio endurance and stamina. As a personal trainer she is qualified to work with anyone at any level.

NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Personal Training • ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Personal Training • AFFA (Group Fitness) • 200 and 500 hour YTT Yoga • Precision Nutrition • CPR

OFFERS: 30min, 45min and 60min training sessions for individuals or couples.

PRICING: 30min $70, 45min $105, 60min $140 (add $20 for an additional person)

Personal Trainers at Railyard Fitness are Independent Contractors. All of the personal trainers who work at Railyard Fitness have extensive experience in fitness. As Independent Contractors they operate independently from Railyard Fitness. All fees and scheduling is handled directly with the trainer.
